Census 2000 Special Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Tabulation

Statistics of Workforce Availability (EEO or Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity data) is used to develop Affirmative Action plans.

The data is provided to Massachusetts employers as a tool for assessing the available workforce for given areas of the state. The main goal of this process is to ensure equal access and equal opportunities for all Massachusetts workers.

The data is available through the U.S. Census website. Hard copies of this data for Massachusetts are not available.
